I have placed an order, and received only half of the order, although have been charged the full amount.
I have tried phoning .... no answer
i have tried email ... no response
i have tried twitter .... no response.
I have phoned numerous times, but just get an anser phone.
Please how the hell do I get my money back for the item you have charged me and not sent to me.
