I bought my B'Twin in France - will the warranty work in the UK?

Hi there,

So I bought my bike in a Decathlon store when I used to live in France, and I brought it over to me in the UK.

Will the warranty still be valid for the service?

If not, how much will I have to look into for a regular service?

Thanks!

Hi Charlotte,

Warranty will work if you still have a proof of purchase. Once visiting any of Decathlon UK stores just bring your receipt or Loyalty Card if you used one while at the tills and it will be fine.

However, returns policy is 365 days to return for a full refund or exchange and there is 2 years warranty for specific parts but technician at the store will be able to advise you more.

I hope this helps!

That's awesome, thanks @Rad - it's sadly been longer, so my B'Twin might need a lil more TLC Smiley Tongue

No worries @Charlotte, happy could help! Smiley Wink  I have Oxelo Town 9 scooter which needs spare parts but it's no longer under warranty as I had it for more than a year as well, such a pity!

Okay, only getting round to this now - but silly question!

Do I need to call/book for a service, or do I just rock up with my bike?

Hi @Charlotte,

Sorry for the late reply! Yes, it would be better if you would give a call just to make sure you have a time slot. Anyway, they would be able to serve  but you might have to wait in the queue.

You can find contact details for each store down below:

I hope this information helps!

Have a lovely day
