Hi Guys, i'm entered for Ironman Maastricht in August 2017 and I would like to use Decathlon Nutrition products for my training and competitions up to and including the Ironman.
I want to be able to calculate how much of each product: Gels, Sportsdrinks etc to use so that I get the optomal levels of Carb, electrolytes etc.
Does anyone know of any documents or planners that I can use?
Decathlon's own brand of nutrition is called Aptonia and I've found their website really helpful when assisting customers in store.
